As a survivor of military sexual trauma,

I waited too long to get help.

I lived with blame for a long time,

and I never want anyone else to live like that.

If you are an individual who

is a survivor of military sexual trauma,

the best thing that you can do

is go and find someone to talk with.

Someone that you trust.

Someone that will be able to help you

through those bad times,

and to understand that

it doesn't matter what you did or didn't do,

it is not your fault.

You didn't ask for anything.

It is not your blame.

You are an innocent,

and you are a survivor.

Take care of yourself.

Go forward and get the life that you deserve.
