If you can tap into
that cultural diversity
and that cultural connection,
then you have an
additional support network,
you know, while you're going through that.
I was fortunate because, you know,
both my family is a Buddhist family,
and so everything that I've learned
when I was a monk in there has helped me.
So I most definitely encourage anybody
of any cultural background
to try to find out
what resources that you have
available, you know, to you
that can help you be
able to ground yourself
to get ready to go through
that evidence-based therapy.
Because if you don't do
that evidence-based therapy,
you're still gonna be
stuck at the same place.
