I did a group therapy for PTSD and anger management,
and I think I was in a good mood -- my wife always said
I was in a good mood every time I left.
Every time I was coming home from therapy
I was in a good mood because I always felt like,
one, I felt I missed that brotherhood of
being with a bunch of guys that have gone to war
and us being able to share that relation and understand
what each other is going through without even speaking.
But more or less, to know that, you know what,
these guys are feeling the same way I'm feeling,
and we're going to help each other get through this.
And after I did about 12 weeks of that,
I decided to go into individual.
And the individual was more of a fine-tuning thing.
It was basically finding things not as a broad spectrum,
like a group was, but more of something for myself
and figuring out what certain things trigger my anger
and how to overcome that.
