If you know someone that has PTSD,

the best thing that you can do

is just be there for him or her.

Encourage them to try to get help,

but ultimately, at the end of the day,

it's their decision if they want to or not.

But support them, let them know that, you know,

that you're there for them to talk to, they don't

always have to resort in just keeping it bottled in.

You don't have to pressure them, but give them

a constant reminder that the doors are always open,

you're always there to listen.

And most importantly, listen.
