EMDR helped me regain my life.

Because of EMDR and this
one particular therapist,

not only was I

able to live again,

I was able to go back to school,

get my degree.

I'm engaged to be married now.

I had never had that before.

I never knew what it was to
be in a healthy relationship.

I never knew what it was

to truly be loved by someone
for who I am, flaws and all

and EMDR helped me regain my life,

but more importantly, live.

Because I wasn't living before,

I was just drifting through life.
