During therapy, I did
experience a huge shift in my

my guilt and shame.

And it got to the point where,

you know,
I knew that I was getting better

because my doctor helped me
realize

what guilt and shame is
and where that anger comes from.

And you know, a lot of it just

comes back to your moral systems

You got to know where
it all stems from.

And once you learn to accept
everything that happened,

that's how you

get to heal yourself, you know,
spiritually, mentally, and,

you know, because once you go
through that acceptance part

and you learn to, you know,
move forward with your life and,

you know, accept what happened
and learn to cope with it

and learn
how to move on from it.

That's how,
you know, you get better and you

you learn to manage your day to
day life a lot better without,

all these symptoms constantly
being at your doorstep.
