Forty years of not getting help and living with this

is not fun.

If anyone's listening to me out there,

anyone that's been through what I've been through,

don't wait 40 years.

Don't wait four years.

Get out there and get that help as soon as you can,

and don't be afraid.

Please don't be afraid to tell someone about it.

That was my problem.

That's why I waited 40 years, was because I was afraid

to tell anyone for fear they wouldn't believe me.

So don't be afraid.

Get out there and speak up.
