Life can and will get better.

The longest journey starts with the first step.

If I could wish anything for anyone that's hearing me,

if you relate to any of what I said, step up, reach out,

and give yourself a break.

Don't wait 20, 30 years.

You don't have to go through.

You only will go through what you put yourself through.

If you make a conscious decision and you decide

to make a healthy choice for yourself, I encourage you.

And I want to tell you, there's a lot of Veterans

in my generation, they're in the VFW, The American Legion,

and we encourage you, DAV,

Purple Heart Society, any one of them.

Find yourself a mentor.

Find a guy that's been through it,

that will be honest with you.

You can make a difference for yourself, in your life.

All you got to do is ask.
