Transcript

First off, salvage the pride, period.

I mean, 'cause there's a lot of other people out there worse off

than you are, so stop it.

Put it down, drop your rucksack.

Call and act like you're calling for a friend.

Or just walk into the VA, walk into Mental Health

and say, I need help, period.

What they're going to do?

Yes, they're going to ask you a couple of questions.

Do you feel like offing in yourself?

All this and that.

It's all part of the program.

Just get your help, period.

Stop playing around.

Don't do like I did and wait nine months.

You know, nine months is way too long, way too late.

I mean, if I had access to a weapon or something like that,

who knows woulda happened.

Salvage the pride.

So what if you feel like a punk?

Get help. You know what I'm saying?

Make yourself stronger mentally, not physically, period.

I had to come to terms with that myself,

'cause I'm just this big bad Marine and grunt and everything

like that, nothing happens to me.

Yeah, whatever.

It ruins relationships, friendships.

Got fired from a job twice.
