If you're an officer and you're wondering if you have PTSD

or you have some kind of mental problem,

don't be afraid to face it.

I understand that the new military

is more willing to talk about these things.

I encourage you if you have any of these symptoms

of PTSD, look them up on the internet.

You can find it on the VA website or even civilian websites.

And if there's something that you're wondering

about why your marriage is falling apart,

why you can't get along with your kids, why you hate yourself,

look up PTSD, and you'll probably see your symptoms there,

and then you can go into a VA hospital,

and they'll try to help you.
