Treatment has definitely helped me.
But I'd also say that different types
of treatment have helped me.
At different times over the years,
I've needed different things.
Just like when you're at the gym and sometimes you have back
and tricep days and other days you have shoulders
and bicep days or whatever.
You need to work on different parts right?
So sometimes I've gone to group therapy, sometimes I've gone
to individual therapy.
I've also done peer support with non-profits.
There is a great group Vets4Vets.
I can't stress enough to get help.
But mixing it up, you know, just like you do at the gym,
find what works for you and stick with it.
