The counselors did talk amongst each other about us in order to help better serve us.

Jon Caito (US Army, 2001-2012) shares his experience in a residential PTSD treatment program.

Transcript

There were three

counselors in the PTSD program.

One of them was the one who did

all of the

substance abuse classes with us.

And that group therapy

and at the same time,

you were meeting with

the other counselors

on one on one basis as well.

At the beginning

of the program,

they made sure it was understood

that there was an open line

of communication between the

three of them and between us.

We were already aware

of the fact

that the counselors did talk

amongst each other about us

in order

to help better serve us.
