If you have PTSD or you think you have PTSD,

the only piece of advice that I can give you

from a child's perspective is understand that

yes, you have things that you're dealing with,

but they're still children.

They have mood swings.

We have attitudes.

We, you know, we want things to go our way,

but you kind of have to channel your anger, so to speak,

or you kind of have to figure out what energy

you need to put in which situation, if that makes sense.

There are certain arguments, there are certain battles

that you just kind of choose not to have

or you choose to have, but at the end of the day, I guess,

it's really all about communication.
