I think that the best advice that I could give you

is to not put off the help, no matter what.

If you know that something's wrong, if your family

is concerned that something is wrong, if you have been

overseas and you've been in a combat environment

or you have been harmed by someone else,

meaning military sexual trauma in some way,

the best thing to do is to start getting the help right away.

Even if you don't jump in full barrel, the best thing to do

is at least start it, as opposed to pretending that you're OK

and that you're strong enough to handle the mission.

What's going to make you strong enough

to handle the mission is taking care of yourself.
