To be truthful I really didn't know how to ask for help.

Like I said, manhood, Marine Corps,

"surrender," that's not a word we used.

And fear, just fear of where that would go.

And when I realized that I had issues

about my combat experiences, which was almost immediately,

what I did is I'd numb myself by drinking,

and putting myself in dangerous situations, adrenaline,

and all the other "isms," women, sex, all that stuff.

But it was just I didn't know how to ask for help.
