Are there areas in your life that aren't going so well?

Are there things, relationships in your life

that feel strained or that feel really,

lots of arguments going on in your relationship?

Are you finding yourself drinking a bit too much

or drinking more than you'd like

and having a difficult time stopping?

Are you finding people are expressing concerns about you?

If those things are happening or if you're finding

that there are areas in your life where it's just harder

to function, it's harder to go to work,

it's harder to get out of bed in the morning,

it's harder to feel motivated or energized to do things,

then it might be time to just pick up the phone and call

and see what's available.
